Thanks, so why do people buy watercooling? for overclocking?

Thanks for the replies, is water cooling a must for this situation? or are some good fans good enough?

I have a question, I have an i5 3570 3.41ghz processor 8 gigs off ddr3 corsair vengeane ram and a p8z77v-lx motherboard, Will a high end graphics card work ok with all this or do I need to change anything?
