Tractors. Don't know why, but I was terrified of them. Just the sound of their engines drifting over the fields was like the approach of the Reaper...

I once caught a small frog which had found its way into our living room. It leaped behind the TV and I thought I would lose him among the tangle of wires, but I managed to catch one of his hind legs with some tong things from the kitchen and deposit him safely outside.
That was me in a merciful mood. As a rule, any small creature that disturbs my personal space - spiders, moths, daddy-long-legs, mice - is in for a swift and merciless pulping.
Resolve the situation by challenging him to a dance-off. Each of you breaks out your smoothest move-sets and the winner takes all - PS3, fridge, computer, everything.

To me, the first game was all about the survival - every dinosaur was a challenge, you couldn't get complacent with any of them (I remember hoarding my one hit kill poison darts like gold bricks!). In the second game the dinos were just cannon fodder to be used as fuel in a high score-hungry blow 'em away-athon, which just felt off. I was also disappointed by the use of pre-rendered backgrounds as opposed to the real-time environments from the first game, which I thought worked really well.
Okay, while i still disagree I do see your point. It was a lot more arcady, but I think thats kind of why I liked it.Fair enough - at least we can agree that DC 3 blows! :)
[QUOTE="Business_Fun"]Funny,I felt number two was better than one. Three was a steaming pile though.....Yes, and be quick about it too! A release of the original on the PlayStation Store would be a good start, but I would definitely like to see Capcom return to this franchise. Just so long as it's more like the first game and not the distinctly underwhelming sequel. Oh, and don't set on board a spaceship in the far future either. That didn't work so well.

Jann Walker from Valkyria Chronicles:
"I've reached the end of the line, honey. I'm pulling out."
If you know who Jann Walker is, just think about that quote for a second and it immediately becomes epic.

I'll bet he had Largo in mind when he said that! :D
Back when I was a penniless student at university, I could no longer contain my need to play Resident Evil: Code Veronica, so I went and splashed out on a Dreamcast. Almost as soon as I'd got it home I thought 'You know, I really shouldn't have spent this much money', and felt terrible for days afterward. But everything turned out well, I ended up thoroughly enjoying my Dreamcast while I had it (All hail Project Justice! All hail Tech Romancer!) and Code Veronica ended being as awesome as I thought it would be! :)
