i think the need to know every single character is grossly overstated. unless you're on the top 1%, the meta is more or less irrelevant, so long as you have a more or less balanced team. the volume of heroes is to fill different niches for different kinds of player. sure, each player only plays 5-10 characters tops, but throughout the entire playerbase, every character is the perfect fit for someone
@Evanrocknuma: it's just because everything is flagged as on sale at once, so there's less of a "THIS GAME IS SUPER CHEAP LOOK AT IT, IT'LL ONLY STAY CHEAP FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS BUY IT NOW" situation.
@Evanrocknuma: why? now they just leave everything constantly at the "flash sale" cost, rather than have you fish 3 times a day for prices. the old style was deceitful and made people spend money on things before they were actually on sale.
every time i read this game's title and see its logo i think it's related to the vanishing of ethan carter, but they're completely unrelated. not even the same people
the trademark only keeps people from using the word cyberpunk as THE title, not as a term or even as an adjective in a title. then again, the same is true for bethesda and their patents on vague words, and yet they keep throwing lawsuits against people (which in the long term would have no grounds, but people can't afford extended lawsuits against mega corporations)
damn, i was looking forward to this one, but these drawbacks are some really big nagging points i have with other games, i don't think i'd be able to look past them
a lot of people are having framerate issues with the switch version when docked. have you experienced the same? and how's performance on the wii u, if you have access to that version?
