hey guys, my xbox 360 broke. yup, had it since december... logged almost 80 hours in oblivion, beat ghost recon, smashed call of duty 2, punk slapped perfect dark, almost finished dead rising, and now... nuthin. what did i do to deserve this? i kept it ventilated, i didn't stand it up on it's side, i never moved it around while it was on... i am a good person. the guy at microsoft was cool enough. when i told him the system was freezing up and giving me three red lights he told me they'd fix it for free. the only problem is he never told me what went wrong. did i do something? was it some button hit at the wrong time? did i not love it enough? i don't want to be one of the guys who's had 3 or 4 360's. i don't have the heart to keep sending it back.
if anyone knows some fail safe ways to keep your 360 working please post them.

my 360 broke a couple weeks ago, i just got it back today, ill break it down for u : i called customer service on the 11th, got the box on the 14th, sent it out on the 15th, got it today (26th) i live in nyc, when would i get my back? i also sent it on the 15th, im guessing its thurs or fri?
I just called m$ and they said that ups will get my 360 back to me in 2-3 days. Tommo counts as day 1, so would i get my 360 on thurs or fri(which one is more likely, i live in nyc) thanks

i sent mine on the 15th also and i should be getting mines this tuesday It might be different cuz i live in nyc, where do u live?
