what do you mean about the konami ID!! i have one its not my first time playing mgs or MGO so i have set that stuff up. i just click metal gear online and i get sent back to the play station XMB its a pain. i heard konami is doing work on the server from a post on playstation.us but it was from march 16 so i dont see them working on a server for over 2 days. wondering if its a software issue because it worked perfect last year.

for some reason i load up metal gear solid 4 perfectly. then i click to play the MGO and it brings me back to the XMB. somebody please help i am really annoyed with this and i want to play some metal gear online. my ps3 specs are Original 80gb version (motor storm pack) and currently i have i belive the 2.60 fw installed anyone please help.. thanks in advance

Hey guys as well all have seen and heard thiers a possibilty of sony loosing another exclusive ps3 game. Called metal gear solid 4. the reason of this is because of the picture onn kojimas website. well i have been a fan since the first mgs game. my thoughts on this are that i dont care about them losing the game. this is due to several reasons, mostly because of sony and their dumb business stragye. for example everyone remembers ps3 comes in like 4 configs like 20gb, 40gb. 60gb and 80gb. ( 20 and 60 no long avalaible.) but they have been jumping around with the configs i got my ps3 when the FIRST 80gb came out then they got rid of the 60gb. few months later their go's the 80gb for a lower ps3 with 40gb now they have introduced the 80gb again. tell me isnt that a waste of money??? another example is BLU RAY. alright i have to say dark knight in 1080p is nice. but when u have a company trying to make money off a game console that is a movie player and they are basically pushing the bluray and not worrying about the games. ( Please dont say ps3 has games and that i am a dumb cuz u dont knw what your talking about) and my third reason. Delays home was announced like 2 years ago ( correct me if i am wrong) and the beta(public) is out 2day.

Now mgs4 going to 360.

Alright people mgs4 will it happen, i saw its a possiblity for some good reasons but....... i have my opinion on them not making it. First to me it seems to be a waste of development to make mgs4 for 360. its going to be costly for konami. lets go over the ps3 disc rumors have been said mgs4 takes up either 32gb or 50gb. nowww........tell me how the hell are u going to fit a 32gb to 50gb game on a 360 disc with keeping them to max 2 discs. And the anwser is!!!!........wait for it........... imposible because 360 discs can hold 10gb a disc. also the game quality will be drastically decreased and textures, maps, everything will have to be redone its dumb. why not do this plan built 2 versions seperate for the ps3 and 360 of mgs5. reason being is because kojima wants to bring in a new era of mgs when he leaves so why not start fresh and bring it back to the xbox. (yes mgs2 was on 360 it was called substance). so why waste the money right.

Here's a like that was passed down from one of my friends. its a petition to get jeff gertsmanns job back and to help save gamespot for being destroyed by game companies that advertise to much and then threaten a review for his job if they dont get the review they want. this isnt all about jeff its, these companies that are try to tell us what they want us to buy1 personally its becoming very bad and i' am at the point where i might switch to IGN, i nevered used this site before so thanks gamespot for ruining gamespot for me.

also this is addressed to the company that started this the creator of kane in lynch. this game dosent really look next gen the grahpics arent even near the performance of other stealth shooters and shooters. with the ducking system in the game it kinda feels old school, i remember playing games that had that, but later we made button the can duck instead of lining your body up. i would give this game a one only cuz i havent played it therefore i cant pass judgement on something like that, one more thing if your hired people like jeff gertsmann game reviewers maybe they can help you work out the bugs in your game and give you positive feed back therefore this might not happen later.

PS to all gamers that read this, sign if you are interested in getting good honest reviews from critics. in the end we as gamers decide on how we spend are money, you have to be smart when buying games because you dont want to have that feeling you got ripped off.
