The oasis does not show up on my fast travel list. I have beaten the game on true vault hunter mode, am level 50, and still can't get to the oasis.

I have the access pass from pre-ordering, and the content says it has been downloaded. im on PC

I have the access pass from pre-ordering, and all of the DLC says that it has already been dowloaded. However, Oasis does NOT show up on my fast travel list. Is there any way to manually enter the Oasis??

I have the game on PC, and at first I thought it was because I hadn't beaten the game twice, so I finished true vault hunter mode for the second time, and I STILL can't access it.
