if your enjoyment of games rest so heavily on gameplay then maybe you are in the wrong hobby... there is plenty of casual garbage out there with great gameplay, just play those instead.

this is what i care about in games... your opinion may be different, but i don't play games for the gameplay.

Um...what. That makes no sense at all. Why do you play games then? Just watch movies. I mean...they're called "games"...GAMEplay is kinda the whole point of GAMES...so I think you're in the wrong hobby. Saying you don't play games for gameplay, is like saying you don't read books for the story, or that you don't listen to music for the sounds it creates.
This was the problem with Infinite. They were so focused on the presentation and the pseudo-intellectual story that they seemed to have forgotten what they were supposed to be making in the first place...a game. They should have just made an animated movie.
