The same thing happened to me!!! With Fallout3 too!!! Now I can't read blurays anymore (it was a 80gb PS3)!!! Is this game a PS3 breaker?! Sorry to hear that too, wow 400euros... I can't help but blame bethesda as well as sony. It's a rip of cause I have to pay now for there mess up!!!! I understand that pc's, consoles etc freeze once and a while, but my foze way too often when I was playing fallout3. I have like 16 games for the ps3 and except for assassins creed (only froze once because of my message board) none other froze my system. Of course I'll stick to ps3, can't wait to repair it, but that doesn't change the fact that I feel a bit cheated. I only blame myself for not buying a 3 year warranty,gotta do that next time.

From what I read on other forums it's not a coincident. I wish it was because I don't trust sony anymore. Today I was at gamestop and one clerk told me that his ps3 fried recently too heh.... I blame myslef only because I didn't buy the 3 year waranty, gotta do that next time!!!

I have a warning!!!! I have the same freezing problem with fallout 3 on ps3. Unfortunately, today was the last freeze for my system, because it fried...... I am already 20lv on fallout, I was playing to discover some new terains today and it froze on me for the twentief or who knows which time. After reseting my ps3 ( reseting by holding down the power button, not swithcing the back button), the console no longer read blu-ray nor any dvd discs. As if this wasn't enouth, I also found out that my warranty had expired a month ago :( . I read online that this is a pretty common occurance. I don't want to blame bethesda because I read today that it happened to others when they were playing other games, but my system never froze on other games.... Be careful with reseting your system!!!!!! Anyone has or had the same issue???

Just bought it today and was playing the whole day. The game is amazing! Even though I'm not a first person view fan, and the game isn't in 1080, the graphics and environment look great. I can see that this game is mainly made for the pc, so all the bugs and whatever are forgivable for me. Too bad that most of the reviews are biased towards the ps3 version. There maybe are visually and technically better versions, but you still get the same experience from all of them. I just wish that the third person wouldn't be so akwardly unnatural, unplayable.... But that's just my preferd style; I somehow don't buy that first person realism.... Anyway, I recommend this game for PS3 owners!!!!

Hey everyone! I heard and read many opinions regarding fallout 3 on Ps3. Most of them are unfortunatelly negative. So, what is it with those technical issues??? Is it really unforgivable??? I would really want to play that game but I"m just worried that I'll be disappointed. Can anyone tell me if it is that bad? I also read that some patches came out. Are they doing anything to fix the issues?? thanks ;) Anyway, I'm a proud PS owner!!!! Playstation rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
