Well, hello once again! It looks like almost a month flew by since my last blog. It's funny because I hardly even noticed. Sorry I've been so lazy. I'll try to be a little less lazy, but there are no guarantees. XD I get tired a lot these days. Today I braved the freezing cold with my younger brother so he could buy Resident Evil Revelations for the 3DS. We went to a total of 5 different stores before we finally found a copy at the fifth store we went to. They were sold out pretty much everywhere else. I can imagine it's because of the error on the game case. Well, we finally managed to find a copy and it had the error on the game case too. We went back to Best Buy so I could get Super Mario 3D Land. We stopped by a coffee shop before going home. The weather was and continues to be very cold, but the skies are 100 percent clear. So, I have completed Dragon Quest IX yet again, and I now continue to play it, searching for treasure maps, doing side quests and so forth. In addition to that, I have been playing Super Mario 3D Land and I am brushing on my Mario Party games by playing a little bit of all of them. I'm a bit excited for Mario Party 9, and I hope it's much better than Mario Party 8, which was a total disaster. I saw IGN's point of view about the Mario Party franchise and I agree with most of what they said. Maybe I'll give my own point of view on the next blog. I guess that's it. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll blog again when I'm in the mood.:P Until next blog!
Hello, everybody. It's been too long...far too long...so at last I've come here to blog. It's good to see you all. I won't be here all the time now, but I'm still going to hop in every now and then. It just depends on everything. Now, let's catch up on some things. For starters, I am still with Jason.:) I still haven't found a job though. It's impossible to get one these days!:x I am going to become an aunt too. My older sister is going to have a daughter very soon. So many other things have happened that I can't even remember some of it. Now...here are some gaming news. I have a 3DS now so feel free to give me your FC.:D Here's mine: 4167-4842-2543 I lost my Dragon Quest IX copy so I got another one.:P Recently, I lost it again so I bought it again yesterday. That game hates me. >_> Anyway, here's a list of some of the games I've gotten since I've last seen everyone: Mario Kart 7 The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Rune Factory 2 (DS) Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns (DS) Fortune Street I think that's all.:) From now on, you're going to see more about games on my blogs than my personal life.:P Gamespot is about games and I no longer want to waste my time blogging about my personal life. I may still say a few things but it won't be nearly as much as before.:) That's the end of my blog. Remember, I will appear and disappear at any time, and I won't be as active as I used to be. Feel free to add me and give me your friend code if you have a 3DS.:) Until next blog!
Hello, everybody! I don't have much to say so I'm making this short and sweet. Yes, I am semi-retiring from GS. I haven't been on much lately, and I doubt I will be in the future. My activity on GS is pretty much unknown. I decided to semi retire because I want to spend more time with Jason. I'll still remain as leader of Off-Topic Universe until further notice. That is all. I'll see you guys whenever I decide to show up. Until next blog!
Hey, everybody! It's been a while! I've been with Jason a lot of the time. :) Just to clear this up, Munchgun's birthday is actually tomorrow on July 8th. I am posting this blog now because I am leaving today to go camping. I wish I could celebrate it on the actual date, so it sucks for me. Anyways, he'll be turning 19. :) Be sure to congratulate him. :) I really want you guys to do so. :) Well, Munchgun is the greatest friend I've ever had on GS. We are best friends. :) I know I've said that many times before, but it's so true. Munchgun is a really nice guy. :) So...please congratulate him on his special day. :) Even those of you who don't know him. :) Munch, I can't post pics, as you know, but if I could, I'd give you a bunch of cookies. :D I hope this will do. :) *hugs* :) Well...that's it. Expect an update blog when I return. :) Now, please wish Munchgun a happy birthday! :) Until next blog! PS. I have to say it again, wish Munchgun a happy birthday! :)
Hey everybody! Sorry I haven't been active. I just wanted to say, thank you all for wishing me a happy birthday. The response was huge! I appreciate all of you. :) Thank you. :) Well, you heard me right. I'm in love! I have a boyfriend now. Believe me, no one is more surprised than I am. I wasn't really expecting this. It just happened. I'll explain a bit about him. His name is Jason. He's about a year younger than me and I've known him for several months. He's a really sweet guy and he has a good heart. He's very kind, has good manners, and he is pretty smart. We have a lot in common. Looks are defintely not important to me, but I think he's handsome. I would even go so far as to say he's sexy. I really fell in love with his personality. I love his smile, his eyes, his laugh, but most of all, his heart. I love everything about him. He's different than anyone I've ever met. Jason really is an amazing guy. I could go on forever with this. I may have grossed out some of you with this, but in all honesty, I don't really care if I did. I really am in love this guy. He's everything I ever wanted, and more. :) We met sometime in late November. I was walking around my small town and he happened to be passing by. We chatted for a while, introduced ourselves and moved on. We didn't really see each other again until sometime in December. He was just sitting on a bench in my local park. Just sitting there, staring down at his hands as they were folded on his lap. When I saw him I thought, "Hey isn't that the guy named Jason I met sometime ago?" I came over there and sat next to him, asking him what was wrong. What he said was really hard for me to hear. He was depressed, and I won't tell you guys most of it, but bascially, he wanted his life to be over. He wanted to be dead. It tore me apart when I heard him say all of that. I had never heard such heartbreaking words in my entire life. It even made me cry a little. He has a lot of friends and family, but they wouldn't help him or listen to him. Even if they did, I doubt they could've helped him. I began talking to him. He listened to every word I said, and I think the things I said helped him feel better. He smiled at me. I look back at it now and I find it amazing that all he ever needed was somebody to come by and say, "Hey, I'm here to listen. Let me help you." We became friends after that. He was the only friend I had outside my family besides you guys. We did all kinds of things while we were talking. He had a crush on me, and I sensed that he did, but I wasn't interested in him, but as time went on...I began to fall for him, but I tried to fight it. I told myself I didn't want any more boyfriends. I did have one once before, but it didn't work out. Anyways, eventually, I just couldn't fight my feelings anymore and finally, I admitted my feelings and told him everything. I just blurted it out. I didn't plan this, it just simply happened. All the words just suddenly flowed out of me. I think he was really happy when I told him all of that. I love him and he loves me too. I have loved before, but I had never felt like this before. This is way different. I'm the happiest girl in the world. I really am. This blog is finally over. In all my time on GS this is the most important blog that I've ever written. If I vanish again, It's probably because I'm spending time with Jason. Thank you guys for reading this special blog. I've told Jason a lot about you guys and he seems interested. One of these days, I'll bring him here and he can meet all of you. Bye for now! :) Thanks once again for reading! :) Until next blog! :)
Hey, everybody! I've been kind of busy lately, doing some things for my birthday. I was unable to continue the blog marathon. Sorry for not replying to PMs. I don't have enough time on my hands. Anyway, here's what I've done so far. Today I headed out to the state of Indiana with my parents and my twin brother Caleb. There is a store around there that sells all kinds of strange and exotic foods. I used to love going there with my mom when I lived in Indiana, and my parents went there just so I could look around there. Caleb and I went around and my parents let us picked out anything we wanted to try. I saw a lot of strange things. I saw chocolate covered sunflower seeds, vegtable flavored tortilla chips(Carrots was one of the flavors listed on the bag), blood orange soda, and one thing that I couldn't even figure out. After that, we headed to an Italian restaraunt. Guess what I ordered? Fetticuine Alfredo! It had a lot of peas and a bit of grilled chicken on it. I had a great day out. For my birthday I got money, same as I do every year. :P This is the first birthday I celebrated with you guys. I joined GS sometime in August 2010 so that's why. Anyways, I'll tell you a bit about myself. My name is Kelsey. Today I turned 20 years old. I'm a bit short for my age, though. Fire Emblem is my favorite game series, but Mario is one of my favorite gaming heroes. Although I have several heroes I like. I grew up playing games with my two brothers and today, I still do. I guess that's it. :) Well, I hope you enjoyed reading this. I'll see you guys sometime, but I don't know when. I will probably blog again when I do. This is probably the latest I ever blogged. It's about 2am here. Until next blog!
Hello, everybody. Welcome to another top ten list. I've been playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl a lot lately, so naturally, I need to blog about it. This time it's my top ten favorite songs. Enjoy! :D 10: Star Wolf (Star Fox Assault version)-The song is the same as the original and I like it. It makes me want to say, "You fools! What are you idiots up to now?" Btw, that's what Wolf says the first time he appears in the game. :P 9: Luigi's Mansion Theme-It's creepy, and very well composed. I was really impressed the first time I heard it. They did a splendid job. 8: Calling To The Night-It's a very pretty song. I like listening to it. 7: Hyrule Field Theme-It reminded me of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, even though it wasn't the original. I can't tell you how many times I ran around there for absolutely no reason. 6: Legendary Air Ride Machine-Kirby's Air Ride is a great game, and I'm really glad they put this song on there. 5: Preperation-I think this title is wrong, but I'm not sure. Anyway, it's a Fire Emblem song taken from the game, Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. 4: Final Battle- This song hails from Golden Sun: The Lost Age. I myself, have not played the game, but I find it an epic fighting tune, nonetheless. 3: Team Galatic Battle- I don't care what anyone says. I liked Poke'mon Diamond and Pearl. I was really happy to hear this song. 2: Dialga/Palkia Battle- My actual battle with Palkia lasted 3 seconds, but I still liked the song. 1: Fire Emblem Theme- It has a brilliant composition, and I loved the choir singing in it. It's incredible and as a Fire Emblem fan, I'm very pleased with the job they have done on it. That's it, you guys! You must be tired of these top ten lists. Do you have any requests? I'd be happy to do them. I've got quite a weekend ahead of me but I'll tell you about that sometime later. Farewell! Until next blog! :D
Hey everybody. Today I'm doing another top ten list. I don't feel like blogging today, but it's my blog marathon so I have to at least try something. Here's my top ten Brawl stages: 10: Hanenbow-A lot of people hate this stage but it's not that bad once you get used to it. 9: Shadow Moses Island-It's fun to fight there and break the columns. 8: Eldin Bridge-I'm not sure why, but something about trying to bash that monster as he goes by is fun. 7: Luigi's Mansion-I love the theme for that stage. It fits perfectly. 6: Pirate Ship-There are a lot of good songs for that stage. I like it when the cyclone comes by and gets the ship. 5: Final Destination-It's small and it's classic. Great for battles. 4: Delfino Plaza-I really like the music choices for this stage. The way it changes every now and then makes it entertaining. 3: Norfair-It's a great Metroid stage. All that lava and the music makes it fun. 2: Spear Pillar-Dialga and Palkia is what makes the stage cool. Cressalia doesn't do as much, but it's still fun. 1: Castle Siege-It's Fire Emblem. Of course it'd be number one. It's not just that. The changes in scenry reminds me of the games and I love the Fire Emblem theme. Well, that's it. This blog is over. You'll see me again tomorrow. Until next blog!
Hello, everybody. It got kind of chaotic today with a bunch of cicadas showing up out of nowhere and hanging around the trees and windows. The birds have eliminated a lot of them, but so has my dog. He was going around the trees and eating them. Ugh, I hope they go away soon. Anyways, today's blog features the top ten characters that I use the most often in SSBB. Enjoy! 10: Poke'mon Trainer- For the record I'd say I like using Squirtle the most, but I fight better with Ivysaur. 9: Princess Peach: Her Final Smash is pretty good if used right. I need more practice. 8: Marth-I use him a lot when I do team matches with my brother when he picks Ike. Them, and Link and Zelda, are our most used combos. 7: Luigi-My brother uses him way more often then I do, but I still use him pretty often. 6: Ike-I love knocking people around with his big sword. He is also from Fire Emblem, so that's another reason. If only his rival, Zelgius(Who is also The Black Knight), was in SSBB. Then I could fight everybody with his sword, Alondite. 5: Mario-Mario is a good, standard character and I use him often. I like using his Final Smash too. 4: Toon Link-I use his final smash a lot as well. He's a bit faster and more agile than Link. 3: Kirby-Again, final smash. I've been well used to Kirby over the years. I have yet to grow tired of him. 2: Zelda/Sheik-I love playing as the two of them and I keep using them again and again. Playing as them is a lot of fun, and they are one of my best characters. 1: Yoshi- Yoshi is my number one most often choosen character because he's a great fighter. He's also fun to play around with, and I do that pretty often. I change his color a lot too, unless I feel like sticking with one color for a while. Well, I'm done for today. I hope you enjoyed it. Again, I don't know what I'll do tomorrow, but we'll see. Until then, goodbye. Until next blog!
Hello, everybody. I don't have much to say this time around, but I'll give it a try. I woke up to a storm at 10 am, but now it's sunny and the sky is clear. The weather is really nice today, and that's why today's blog will be about relaxtion and hobbies. I relax by playing games, but some games aren't all that relaxing. I guess it also depends on whether you're used to the game or not. I am defintely a casual gamer and I play games only when I feel like it. Personally, I'd rather be here on GS. I like chatting with all of you guys. When I feel like it, I draw anime. I enjoy that too, and I'm pretty good, I think. I'd show you, but I can't. I'm on the Wii, remember? :P I do both girls and guys and on occasion, I even do couples. I can't draw animals very well. I should probably work on that sometime. My dad always relaxes by watching TV. I don't really do that all that often. I do go on youtube and watch some videos. I saw a youtube poop last week where they made it look like Valoo from Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker had blown up Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender. It was pretty funny. So what do you guys do for fun? Go for a walk? Read? Just sit there and do nothing? Tell me in your comment if you like. One more thing before I go, though. I decided to try out my spanish on here after all. I hope you guys don't mind. That's it for today. I'm not sure what I'll do tomorrow, but I guess I'll figure something out. Thanks for reading! :) Until next blog!
