1.
Recently, when I went to McDonald's I saw on the menu that you could have an

order of 6, 9 or 12 Chicken McNuggets. I asked for a half dozen nuggets.

"We don't have half dozen nuggets," said the teenager at the counter

"You don't?" I replied. "We only have six, nine,

or twelve," was the reply. "So I can't order a half dozen nuggets,

but I can order six?" "That's right." So I shook my head and ordered six McNuggets

I was checking out at the local Wal-Mart with just a few items and

the lady behind me put her things on the belt close to mine.

I picked up one of those "dividers" that they keep by the cash register

and placed it between our things so they wouldn't get mixed.

After the girl had scanned all of my items, she picked up the "divider",

looking it all over for the bar code so she could scan it.

Not finding the bar code she said to me, "Do you know how much this is?"

I said to her "I've changed my mind, I don't think I'll buy that today."

She said "OK," and I paid her for the things and left.

She had no clue to what had just happened.


3. I recently saw a distraught young lady weeping beside her car.

"Do you need some help?" I asked. She replied, "I knew I should have replaced the

battery to this remote door unlocker. Now I can't get into my car. Do you think they

(pointing to a distant convenience store) would have a battery to fit this?"

"Hmmm, I dunno. Do you have an alarm, too?" I asked. "No, just this remote thingy,"

she answered, handing it and the car keys to me. As I took the key and manually

unlocked the door, I replied, "Why don't you drive over there and check

about the batteries. It's a long walk." (she had no clue either!)

4. Several years ago, we had an Intern who was none too swift

One day she was typing and turned to a secretary and said,

"I'm almost out of typing paper. What do I do?"

"Just use copier machine paper," the secretary told her.

With that, the intern took her last remaining blank piece of paper,

put it on the photocopier and proceeded to make five "blank" copies.


5. I was in a car dealership a while ago, when a large motor home was

towed into the garage. The front of the vehicle was in dire need of repair

and the whole thing generally looked like an extra in "Twister."

I asked the manager what had happened. He told me that the driver had

set the "cruise control" and then went in the back to make a sandwich.


6.Police in Radnor , Pa . interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on

his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message

"He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time

they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth. Believing the "lie detector" was working,

the suspect confessed.


7. A mother calls 911 very worried asking the dispatcher if she needs to take her

kid to the emergency room, the kid was eating ants. The dispatcher tells her to give

the kid some Benadryl and it should be fine.

The mother says, "Okay, but, I just gave him some ant killer..... "

Dispatcher: "Rush him in to emergency room!"

Friend of mine had a run-in with the misus. (With a black eye) I found it funny,

A couple had only been married for two weeks and the husband, although very much in love, couldn't wait to go out on the town and party with his old buddies.

So, he said to his new wife, 'Honey, I'll be right back.'

'Where are you going, Bob?' asked the wife.

'I'm going to the bar, Pretty Face,' he answered. I'm going to have a beer.'

The wife said, 'You want a beer, my love?' She opened the door to the refrigerator and showed him 25 different kinds of beer, brands from 12 different countries: Germany , Holland , Japan , India , etc.

The husband didn't know what to do, and the only thing that he could think of saying was, 'Yes, Jane ... but at the bar... You know .. they have frozen glasses... '

He didn't get to finish the sentence, because the wife interrupted him by saying, 'You want a frozen glass, honey?' She took a huge beer mug out of the freezer, so frozen that she was getting chills just holding it.

The husband, looking a bit pale, said, 'Yes, Tootsie Roll, but at the bar they have those hors d'oeuvres that are really delicious... I won't be long. I'll be! right back. I promise. OK?'

'Hmm?You want hors d'oeuvres?' She opened the oven and took out 5 dishes of different hors d'oeuvres: chicken wings, pigs in blankets, mushroom caps, and little quiches.

'But my sweet honey... at the bar you know there's swearing, dirty words and all that...'

'You want dirty words, Cutie Pie? LISTEN UP CHICKEN SH**! SIT YOUR A** DOWN, SHUT THE H*** UP, DRINK YOUR BEER IN YOUR FROZEN MUG AND EAT YOUR HORS D'OEUVRES BECAUSE YOUR MARRIED A** ISN'T GOING TO A D**MED BAR! THAT SH** IS OVER, GOT IT, JACK***?'
and....they lived happily ever after.

Dojo Encounter- Crash Course

Back and Bow's Mansion Mario and the others kept watch over me. After the battle with Tubba and Grubba, I had gained multiple scratches and bruises across my entire body. If it were not for Chomp's influence and my body's new structure, I would have sustained far more serious injuries. After the battle the others had to fight their way through more Fuzzies and Piranha Plants of forever forest while Chia carried me to the Mansion. Like the time with the Fuzzy Horde Boos carried my body through a solid wall but this time they placed me in an actual bed. Once I woke up Bootler gave me more mushrooms and a strange jar of yellow jelly. I had also been informed that since my body has linked with Chomps, all food items in this world have positive effects toward me, in some of the more harmful ones like the poison mushroom. I also won't have memories barraging at me now that our minds have synced to the fullest.

Now I sit in the main room of the house on the floor with not a mark on my body, waiting with Mario. Goombella and Goombario decided to take advantage of the situation and stock up on items for their store. Dawn approaches us and the shop is said to open by 8:30. Luckily all we have to do in the forest is go off the intended path and we go back to the start of the forest to avoid enemies.

Mario jumps to his feet, gives a few stretches, then starts conversation, "Hey Allen, exactly how did you get here?"

I hesitate to answer that question on account of the previous order from Chomps, but Chomps quickly channels his to thoughts me, "Allen don't worry about that anymore, your safe now, and that info won't put you in danger."

Hearing that I respond to Mario, "I came here from a place called Earth..."

Mario gives another question, "Which one?"

I jump a little at that, "There is more than one Earth around here?"

Mario nods, "Yes, multiple actually, given that you didn't know that, I'd have to say that you're from the first earth, Third planet from your sun."

"Yes, how many earths are there?"

Mario shrugs a answers, "There is no real way of knowing, we just keep track of how many there are now-."

Before Mario could continue on the door opens behind us. Goombario, Goombella, and Bow all carry a huge chest above them. And Bootler appears in front of us. "Mr. Mario and Allen, I need to make a request of you two.... Petey Piranha sleeps right in front of our exit"

Mario jumps and frantically asks, "What is he a doing here?!?"

I use my Pause ability to think for a moment and immediately find memories of Petey Piranha. Petey had an early run-in with Mario on Delfino Island when Mario was falsely sent to prison. Ever since then, the annoying plant has made trouble for Mario in various incidents. After I finish my trip down memory lane, I break away from my Paused state and entered the conversation.

"I think I have a good plan for moving old Petey, but would it really be that necessary to use force on a sleeping foe?"

Bootler looks confused a few seconds but then his eyes jump as if he realizes something, "Oh no, that brute gave this gave this house a good ramming a little while ago, I'd say that he's been looking for either you or Mario for some time now. So if he wakes up...... well that just may spell trouble for the whole forest for a while."

Mario comes in, "Well we don't want that do we; Allen what will you need for the mission?"

A nod toward Mario for approval and beckon everyone to take a sit down as I explain the plan. "In this movement, we will use the element of surprise; I will need Bow, Chia, and a fright jar for my plan. All we will have to do is spook him from different places in sync. Bow will get in the back position ready to scare, Chia will start the operation with her loud barks followed by ramming him; and after Bow gives him a large scale Sonic Spook, I'll use my chains to activate the Fright Jar from a distance. With all this happing a once, he'll be too scared to figure out what's happening and fly away."

Mario shows signs of deep thinking and then says, "This plan sounds pretty good, but I have to ask you to be a careful, If Petey doesn't show signs of the fear, we immediately switch to battle."

I nod and say, "Right, is everybody ready"

Everyone, including Chia whom I didn't notice was right outside the window, yelled in unison "Let go!"

Everyone goes outside ready to get in position while I rush downstairs to buy the fright jar. The Boo greets me with "Hello sir, are you new to the buying system?"

I reply, "Yes, how much does a fright jar cost?"

He responds, "5 coins, and that with gain you 1 shopping point"

"Sound fair." Luckily for me, I gained a few coins in my last battle with Tubba and Grubba, and I already am familiar with the point and shop systems. I pay the Boo and run away with the Jar saying, "Thank you for the item sir!"

"Don't mention it, have a Boo day!"

By the time I get outside, everyone on is waiting in their positions around Petey. Like Bootler said, the oversized Piranha Plant with arms, small legs, and that huge head, lay there counting sheep.

Chia uses growls to communicate so not to wake him up early, "Allen, the closer you set the jar, the greater the effect."

I nod and heed her advice. I nd wo chains, one out of my right hand, and the other out my left. I wrap the left chain loosely around the bottom of the jar, while the right chain around the head of it tightly, leaving no chance for it to slip when I lift it open. I need to be able to open and close the jar quickly, so not to attract attention from other enemies, and I definitely must not drop the top. Slowly I guide the item in Petey's direction, making no noise on the way there. When I put it a few inches in front of Petey, Chia gets ready to pounce.

I whisper to Chia, "Alright, you strike on 3..."

Chia confirms with a low growl and I begin the countdown, "1......2......3!!!"

Chia rams Petey from the front without touching the jar, and Petey starts looking around as though he was blind. Chia's barks further rattle him thanks to her size. Chia then jumps out the way and Bow gives a low tone and creepy moan to get the attention of the startled Petey diverting attention away from the Jar. Petey is already so shaky that he can barely turn around without falling. The area around us turns dark and Bow gives out a screaming "BLAAAA!!!" showing her full fangs and size to all. Petey lets out a loud roar of fear that does something unexpected. The violent resonance makes cracks in the ground, diverting my attention for a brief moment. Petey tries to run in the opposite direction, but then trips over one of the cracks he created. Before he could fall on it, I open the lid of the jar.

But then something goes wrong. In mid air, Petey's mouth clamps down on my chain, and the Fright Jar scares him so much that he can't even let out a yell. I try to yank the chain out of his mouth, but I can't on account of the lid. And the biggest problem, my plan is working, and Petey is flapping his leafy arms for flight.

Unfortunately for me, it takes a few seconds for the others to realize what is going on, and by the time their faces hold shocked grimaces, Petey makes his sharp vertical jump, lifting me 50 meters off the ground and rising. I can hear the cries of the others calling out to me, but the main thing I hear is the sound of my voice making one earsplitting sound.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!"

Bow, Goombario, Mario and Goombella Quickly get the item chest for the store and rush into the forest. Chia follows behind them. Thanks to the 'Trick' of the forest, all of them make it to the outskirts of the Mushroom Kingdom's town before Petey came. Goombario and Goombella carry the chest to the shop, while Bow, Mario, and Chia make plans.

Mario starts in a frantic tone, "O-o-ok, we... a... need to get everyone in their houses quickly before things get ugly... Chia I will need you to bark around the town, there is no time to tell them all individually. Bow I need you to get the Master and his Pupils, tell him to bring Jinx if he is around. I'll keep watch for Allen and Petey."

Bow nods and says, "Ok, but I think it will be better if I contact the Master after Chia makes her run through town."
Mario agrees, "All righty looks like we've a got a plan. Move out!"

Bow disappears and waits on top of the dojo in her position. Mario starts to move, but Chia communicates something to Mario, "Mario, I think you can trust all to do something about Petey, I need you to make sure that the Toad citizens of this town are safe."

Mario seemed unsure about what Chia just said, but he gave heed to what she said. Chia turns her black metal skin to hot red and proceeds to terrorizing the town, Mario gunning right behind her. While this is happening, Petey picks up speed with me still hanging by my chain. My nerves are calmer than the time we first took off, and now I can focus on how to bring Petey back down to the ground.

Petey is very tense at the moment, and probably is only focused on moving as far away as he can. He is flying in one direction and is slowly decreasing in altitude, so we are sure to hit the ground at some point. 'He is probably too scared to pay much attention to me', I think to myself, 'I think would be best to get atop his head'. I relax the palm of my hand and slowly make my way toward his mouth. Once I get to his mouth, I gain an idea and act on it. I rappel myself down towards Petey's neck and wrap the same chain around his neck. In the state this piranha plant is in, I can use this chain to urge him certain ways; and now seeing where I'm headed, will need to use this to make sure he doesn't flatten buildings.

The toad town I'm approaching seems so barren, and it has grown sense last I remember. Chomps channels his thoughts to mine, and use my Pause power.

"Hey Allen" He starts.

"Yes?"

"Some of these locations have change during the time I was gone, many locations I remember will not be the same."

"It's funny, we're sync in body, yet some thoughts don't get through"

"It will be awhile before you get use to this, and even if you do, you will have more in here..."

"Which is why you came here to talk I assume."

"Yes, the next one that you will meet is a large Shy Guy named Alphas Gai, better known as Alpha-Guy."

"The best of the Shy-Guys and one who holds many hidden talents and can summon any Shy Guys at will, you wrote in that letter that we will meet in Toad Town."

"Yes that was the initial plan, but things may have to change. You'll meet him next, but I don't know when."

"Alright, anything else Chomps?"

"Yes, do not approach Alphas directly, he knows me, but he does not know you. Alphas Gai is a leader, and can be ruthless at times. I still cannot go out into the open, so we will have to wait."

"Sure thing, later Chomps"

"Allen, be careful..."

Time comes to its normal pace and I focus back down on the ground. Then I notice something odd. The ground is no longer moving below me. Instead Petey is just flying in place looking around above the Toad Town. In a few seconds I realize what's going on, Petey is now fully calm. Petey has never calmed down this fast before, something is not right.

Before I get a chance to think on this I see Mario running down the road toward the Toad Shop. Judging by the grunt Petey gives he sees Mario too. Petey lets out his signature roar, and I can hear the screams of everyone in the town below. Before I know Petey dive bombs his head in Mario's direction and Mario won't have enough time to dodge. Before Petey's head meets Mario's I make use of the Chain around his neck and pull back on him. Something about the choke made Petey go upward, barely missing Mario.

Mario then quickly yells to me "Allen, I'm his only target right now, focus on a knocking him out." (I had forgotten about my hammer).

Mario throws a rock a Petey and runs away. Petey follows after Mario while still airborne. I search in my stomach for the hammer and in a few seconds I find it. I then make my way atop Petey's head. With my hammer in hand, I focus, and then let out a devastating blow to his skull. Petey then starts flying in nearly uncontrollable path ways. Petey charges toward the post office, luckily Chia rams him out the way. Then Petey heads toward an old man on the road. It is a Toad, a gold robe and hat make up his clothes, and he is surrounded in a golden aura in some fighting position.

I yell out, "Watch out, it's coming right at you!"

But he replies, "Don't worry about me."

Before I know it, the old man's foot meets with Petey's chin. That old man lets out enough force to send Petey flying back a few meters, but Petey keeps going in his unpredictable paths.

Mario yells out, "Allen, lead Petey southward, drive him into the water".

Thanks to Chomps, my body has an internal compass. With that info I yank the chain I put on Peteys neck leading him to the location that Mario mentioned. Once we get above the water, Petey suddenly starts a huge fight about it. He tries to land, but Chia blocks his movements. I repeatedly hit him with my hammer, but he won't go down.

The old man stands beside Mario, focusing their star power while, discussing the situation.

The man speaks, "So this is the one that we saw in our vision."

Mario replies, "Yes, he is pretty bright as far as item usage, battle adaptability, an money sense, but not the best of luck."

"You were planning to send him to my Toad Town Dojo weren't you?"

"Yes, but I don't think we will have time..."

"Merlon paid you a visit too I presume."

"Mmhm are you and Jinx coming?"

"Yes, I believe my pupils need to practice up keeping the Dojo on their own, and thanks to Marlescent, my health is back."

"I think it's time to help Allen out."

"Petey has gain far too much energy to be natural...."

Mario and the Master yell out at the same time, "Star Dragon!"

Mario and the master stretch out their palms and release celestial colored energy weakening Petey, leaving my final blow to knock him out into the water. Relieved I lay down on his stomach for a good rest.

I've had that slow motion feel when I was first driving when a semi almost railed over me.

On Star Hill, the closes point to the new found Hope Haven, wielders of strong magic meet.

"Two sides, one battle, multiple armies, Merlon, this battle goes beyond the depths of good and evil, we've reached the point of desperation."

"I'll bring back the other Mages Kammy, I'll need to prepare for the coming of this hero you speak of."

"Wait! Master Merlon!"

"Yes Kamek?"

"We need a place that will not be obvious to our enemies, search your oracles for the area"

"Kamek."

"Yes Merlon?"

"I woke up this morning without a trace of knowledge of the coming days. No one, not even the greatest of sages could have predicted this, you have my word that this will be treated with the upmost caution. Now, join Bowser in his battle; he will need all the help he can get."

Kamek and Kammy nod in agreement a warp to the pedestal in front of Bowser.

Bowser remains in the same place, stuck in between the two Star Rods of the new Haven. The surrounding stars gleam along with explosions from the current battle. A faint smell of Shroobs can be caught in the air, courtesy of the Shroob Queen's army. Her UFOs hover above the sanctuary look for ways past our energy barrier, only to be shot down by Bullet Bill Cannons. Lightning flashes in the distance when Smithy pounds down his hammer, alchemizing seemly endless soldiers of soulless metals. Exor, the same gargantuan blade that broke Star Rod many years ago, stares across the battlefield with his blade seeped into the enemies' fortress, watching the battle's progress, and waits for a soul to come in range of his magic attacks. The Shadow Queens dark presence is strong, and her hands stick out of the bottom of the floating dark fortress. King Dedede and his Waddle army pilots Meta-Knight's ship, Halberd, holding the front lines of Hope Haven, tirelessly taking down the barrage of enemy troops. Meta Knight stands on the front bow of his ship, taking out any who dare to board the ship. O2 Hovers in front of the dark fortress holding the lines of the Halberd. Unknown to Nightmare's alliance, Meta-Knight and Dedede had sensed O2 return, and now have preparations should 02 attack. Within the Halberd is the complete form of the Crystal Shard, the same massive blue gem that helped Kirby defeat O2 during the crystal shard crisis a few years back.

Bowser's army protects the base of operations' outskirts on high alert, making sure that foot soldiers don't pass through defenses. Bowser Jr, and the 7 Koopa Troopas lead the massive fleet circling Hope Haven for protection, waiting for the opening attack on the dark fortress of Nightmare. X-nauts man the interior base serving as communication, Intel, and medical staff. Lord Crump supervises the whole department, running to and fro unendingly to insure that operations run at their smoothest. Neither side can afford to rest; both sides are under equal conditions. The realization of a stalemate lurks in the minds of everyone.

Within Hope Haven's Sanctuary, now named Faith's Core, planning unravels between the high overseers of Bowser's Alliance, Grodius, Bleck, Timpani, and Bowser himself. Bowser looks at Kammy and Kamek and asks, "What's the situation back on our world you two?"

Kammy replies, "We've found this new hero that you mentioned, but we were unable to get into to contact with him."

Bowser's face gives the usual grimace to disappointing news and he then asks Kamek, "What complications came up?"

Kamek cringles a little but quickly regains composure, "This new fighter rapidly grew stronger by the minute as he was battle, and while tracking his progress, we noticed that he somehow had access to memories he should not have had. Where we to approach this person, we would have been attacked on the spot."

Kammy adds to the conversation, "We have discovered that Knightmare has made false dealings with some of your loyal followers and others."

Bowser's face turns angry, and he says sternly, "That Nightmare did more planning that I thought. What happened?"

Kamek answers, "He hired Tubba and Grubba for a new mission under your name. He had convincing evidence to his claim as well."

Kammy follows, "Tubba and Grubba are related if you were wandering Lord Bowser, cousins to be exact, Tubba fought with great power, but Mario and the hero quickly took both of them out after a long struggle."

Kamek also adds, "This hero was accompanied with a giant Chain Chomp as well. Kammy and I woke the Chain Chomp on accident and it went on a rampage, we would have been no match for it either."

Bowser calms down and commands, "Kammy, Kamek, work with Bleck to take these seals off my hands. The sooner my hands are free, the sooner we can turn the tables on the standstill."

Kammy and Kamek quickly do as they're told and walk toward Bleck and Timpani. Bleck sits on the Crystal Star in heavy focus, Timpani sits on the rim of his hat awake, but just a still as awake as her loved one below.

Kamek whispers to Timpani, "How much success has Bleck been having?"

Timpani responds, "Not much, Nightmare holds magic that is far too unfamiliar. We do know that in order to break this bind that we will need someone who has dealt with magic like Nightmare's."

Bleck awakens and states, "The only reason that Meta-Knight isn't here is because of O2. Meta-Knight found out that Nightmare and O2 have some direct link to each other, which would explain why I seemed to sense the same energy between the two."

Grodius turns away from his computer TEC and follows, "My scans and data show little similarity between the two, but logic sometimes fails me when looking back."

Bleck turns to Grodius, "When looking back to what?"

Grodius' computer TEC boosts its systems into vocal communications mode and says, "I'm guessing Sir Grodius refers to our previous endeavors with the Shadow Queen. Regretfully, during that mission, my processors came across a seemly viral program that perfectly simulated an uneasy emotion toward our captive Princess Peach..."

Everyone in the room, except Grodius, made a slight jump at that comment. Though the room remains silent, the looks that everyone gives to one another clearly urges one question to be asked.

After what seemed to be two minutes Tippi finally lets out, "That program wouldn't happen to be label love would it?"

TEC responds with, "Correct... but let's save this conversation later, we have more important things to deal with."

Grodius starts working on TEC and agrees, "Yes, and I think it's time for me to get pay-back at the Shadow Queen for what she did to my body, turning half of myself into a mechanical being is unacceptable along with the past betrayal."

Bowser ends the conversation with, "Grodius, make sure that you keep a good watch over our surveillance and radar, our troops can handle the Shroobs and Smithy's smaller armies, but should O2, Exor, or that Dark fortress make any unexpected moves, we will need information quickly"

Grodius gives his usual grunt of approval and adds, "We've acquired two trump cards and one last resort, the SuperNova Bane. We won't fail, I'll see to it."

Everyone in the room heads back to their positions and Bowser starts thinking to himself, "This battle will be a stalemate for around month, a though we have the rations for our troops moral will be the deciding factor for both sides. But even with this, there will be one problem; the Shadow Queen's presence around this Hero will indeed cause trouble for him and his dreams....."

This stalemate lasts many moons before conditions make significant changes, until that time comes we will follow Allen, Mario, Peach, and there many friends in their adventure of a new saga.
