Gamespot has always been slow to get their reviews out (as well as slow to release gaming news). But right now I think the problem is that there are a lack of new games to review.Qixote

Not enough games to review??!! What about Army of Two which came out 3 days ago, MLB 2k8 which came out 6 days ago, or Frontlines FOW which came out 13 days ago! The list goes on my friend. I just love how they immediately crank out the review for Super Smash Brothers Brawl for the Wii the day it comes out but they completely blow off the anticipated 360 games. I understand they may be understaffed but if the Wii section can get reviews out quick enough, then send some people from that department over to the 360.

I've been coming to Gamespot.com for prompt reviews and news concerning my favorite games for a couple of years now and it seems that all of a sudden Gamespot has been falling behind. They follow the hype behind games like Frontlines: Fuel of War and the new Advance Wars games with various previews and in depth interviews, but fail to even get the review out for it for another week after the game's release. In my opinion, it's kind of annoying. I'm just wondering what the rest of you think. Do you guys feel that Gamespot is failing with the quick game reviews that once existed in the site's past?
