[QUOTE="ARealChiefsFan"]So I was in one of my local sports memorabilia stores this morning, and I noticed that they had a Tyson Jackson jersey hanging up. I also know that you cannot mass produce jerseys until the player has signed with the team, so what gives? Why make jerseys available and not tell anyone that a player is signed, or maybe i'm wrong about them having to be signed, any thoughts?favre4thewin

I'm not sure.  I think that is an NFLPA ruling.  I saw a Favre Vikings Jersey a few months back in a small mom and pop store in MN.  If its a small store then they may have done it themselves.   I pretty sure selling mass produced stuff like that is illegal, but you could order a custom jersey like it and it would be fine.

the thing that confused me was that they had like 40 hanging on the racks, me thinks they're not supposed to

they lost the best of their QB's to free agency, and that's really gonna hurt em, but with the addition of winslow it will take away the pressure of their other options, i think 8-8 is a pretty safe bet.

[QUOTE="ARealChiefsFan"]I just got my '79 Camaro up and running, still need insurance and tags, but it's finally driveablewallymartin

Pics? Does it look good, or still a fixer-upper?

I don't remember the year of the car, but my dad used to have this very nice green Camaro with a T-Top. I loved it.

It looks amazing, there is a very small rust spot on the passenger side front fender, nothing a bit of TLC can't take care of, the only real issues i had to work on were on the mechanical side, luckily i didn't have to get a new alternator or starter, i just had to replace the positive cable, too close to the header and burned through it. also had to change the carbuerator and i put a new exhaust on it, sounds mean, but it's only a 305, but i'm not gonna be racing it, sorry to ramble, i just love it so

I said 3-13

Franchise QB traded, and now they have Orton, massive downgrade

Disgruntled franchise WR, just like T.O. in Philly, it won't end well, more downgrade

Signed Dawkins, great pick up, but can one man help a defense that was that porous last year, maybe a little, very slight upgrade

they've done more damage than repairing this team, not to mention they canned Shanahan, I couldn't stand the Rat, but he was a tremendous coach, i think it was a downgrade in the coaching department

but then again McDaniels is unproven, he may be great, but i'd rather have experienced coaching than rookie coaching

All in all, it doesn't matter, because the Chiefs may finally win in Denver!

Specific change: 18-game season.

If that happens then yes, Emmitt will be eclipsed with an *

If it stays 16 games, I don't think any of the current RB's have a chance, even Peterson. He'll get injured, go somewhere that's not as good, if he does stay who's to say Minnesota will always be able to protect him.

wallymartin

Excellent point, that hadn't even occured to me. 18 games would definitely help.

Though on a personal note, I am against adding more games.

Running backs are one of the worst about wearing down, but it goes with the territory, 99% of the time they get the ball, they get hit, and they get it most often second only to QB's. I don't think anyone can be the work horse for 18 games and play as long as Emmit did, so no, it won't be broken

So I just got back from seeing Bruno, and holy crap, the man is so comfortable with himself it's rediculous. I thought it couldn't get funnier than Borat, or more shocking, and it did both
