I'm still playing through the DOS I Enhanced on Xbox, near the later stages of the game. DOS forced me to "slow down" slow my need for rapid progression, skipping details, and rushing into battles. Once I "reset" my expectations and past experiences I began to love the game. It's old school with tough puzzles and unforgiving with none of the hand holding most games provide. If you can deal with that then DOS II might be a game you can enjoy.
