Will Specter's Flute ever come out the US now that the 3ds is out?

The fourth game is the start of the prequel trilogy and, of course, will be released in the US
Naturally, Level 5 are not going to skip the start of the trilogy (which introduces new characters and sets up the trilogy's main sub-plot) or miss out on potential sales to the millions of existing DS owners
Additionally, Level 5 have previously stated that all games in the prequel trilogy will be released in the US
Keep in mind that games were still being released for the GBA long after the release of the DS
On a side note, this question would've been more appropriately asked on the fourth game's Board
