Hard controls make for goofy looking shots, realistic score.

This series, in my opinion, has been around long enough to get controls where even the novice could have some success and not look goofy half the time. On the beginner mode, a novice will emerge victorious even though they make stupid shots half the time as noted by the announcers. Most of the time, shots sail over the goal and it seems very hard to control that. Passing the ball though is accessible to most anyone, as is stealing the ball. Word to the wise though, getting a foul call is very hard when you "dive" in this game--- it is hardly ever called in favor of the diver, but usually results in you getting a yellow card. It is my sincere hope that the next installment is on par for the PS3 system and soccer fans world wide. Also online mode is a big let down because of the lag.
