The first of the best and most exciting trilogy ever.
The Sands of Time is the first and it gives us the fantastic experience of playing with a young prince, that after conquering the maharajahs palace, founds a dagger and opens an hourglass which contained the sands of time, causing everyone except the Vizier, Farah and himself to become sand monsters. So during the game the prince acquires some awesome powers, like rewind time whenever he wants, slow time or to freeze opponents during battle, but since his father has became a sand monster, just like everybody else, the prince is forced to kill him in order to continue with his journey.
So at the end, the prince finds the hourglass again, kills the Vizier and undoes everything he has done so far.
