Really... It's a pretty good time!

I have just recently purchased this game on sale for $25 and I will have to say that I think anyone that can get it at that price, and likes game show games, should really consider it.

I watched this game show before I could pronounce the "L" sound and I mean that literally, my parents used to tease me when we watched it because I said "You Use" instead of "You Lose." I am very happy that they decided to design the game based on that version of the game show instead of the newer and less popular Whammy!. It is pretty true to the original show, 3 players, questions to earn spins and wonderful whammys. Advertised as over 2500 questions and over 50 whammys, I think that the whammys will get old quick but the questions should be pretty consistently new for a while.

Issues -

When you are playing single player, you of course have 2 CPU players to play against. When you have 3 human players, of course you have a full game. But if you try to play as 2 human players you are not allowed an option for a 3rd CPU player, you simply have to play with 2.

Also, the whammy videos are choppy at best and a very low grade on comedy or sounds for the whammys, in my opinion those little cartoons should have had a major focus. If I rated them 1-10 we're talking a 2 or less.

Finally, a minor issue is the characters. They seem to have a minimal amount of selection where it counts like faces or clothing and too much selection for things that you don't even really see ever like their shoe.

Positives -

Super fun for 2 or more. I haven't played it 500 times yet but it seems that it won't get too boring too fast considering the question variety. Completely family appropriate. Great price now and likely to be on the $19.99 list within 6 months or so.

They did do the split screen with the players for the final spin in the game (just like on TV) which was hilarious the 1st time I saw it.
