GTA5,ACR ,Prey2 and GOW3(both this one and the one which has the song purple rain playing in the background) are the trailers that I've liked.

Assassins Creed was the best trailer for 2011 go watch the full Trailer on youtube and you will agree with me.
My favorite is Battlefield 3. Its sound track is phenomenal... The actual game footage and awesome soundtrack makes it one of the best and most memorable trailer of 2011.
Deus Ex and AC:Reveletions are the ones that gave me thrills. Jensen's voice in the Human Revolution trailer (extended / directors cut) is epic and combined with the soundtrack and video creates an awesome trailer! Revelations trailer is an outstanding mix of visuals and music, a masterpiece. AC series always had awesome trailers, the guys from Ubisoft really know how to make a CGI trailer.
I liked the skyrim live action trailer better then the one they showed here, it was one of those trailers that gave you the chills and made u want to watch it over and over.
Good list. I agreed with most of them. The scarf guy was lame. Oh, apparently trying to be poignant is a pretentious thing. Meanwhile, his dismissing every artistic decision as dumb, like he could do better in his sleep, is the most pretentious part of it. By the way, a heavy metal version of Flower actually looked kind of interesting....
Alpha_Wolf_86 is totally right. that guy was a pansy for critiquing such a great trailer that he apparently "loved". That editor was a total tool.
Why would the pansy with the red scarf nominate a video, but then pick it apart like his boyfriend's outfit? Lame presentation for a really great trailer.
Deus,Uncharted,Saints Row and Hitman and GTA5 brought me interest too ! and why oh why is Tomb Raider so far away ?
Well, my favourite trailer is anything that has honest gameplay and scenes. What I mean by that is trailers are supposed to get the public to buy their games. Then, when people buy it, it turns out to be the worst game ever and people turn sad and hate it. Battlefield 3 I enjoyed because it was really honest like what Danny said. I like when people give the real thing and not just crap stuff and a lie to everyone.

Jesus pretentious, what? That dude that reviewed the Gears 3 trailer was the most pedantic and pretentious prick of all time. Way to underplay what made that Gears 3 trailer special.
