Musical Turrets
After you make your way through the game and start to interact with lasers you will come to test chamber 16/22. After entering the chamber and going through the door you will notice a turret to your right that is behind a wire mesh. Use the laser and cube in the test chamber to manipulate the laser to destroy that turret and the wire mesh will be blown away. Go inside this room and look down. You will see four musical turrets and one turret conducting the musical.

How to open the Portal 2 console on PC and enter commands
From the main menu, go to Options -> KEYBOARD/MOUSE -> Allow Developer Console and set it to Enabled. Singing Turrets
In test chamber 16, there is a turret inside a ventilation grate right past the elevator. Jump over it, get the refraction cube and use the laser to destroy that turret. The grate will open up, and when you go in, there will be 4 turrets singing a song in unison.

In one of the test chambers, you will see a turret in a ventilation shaft at the very beginning. If you use the laser and reflector cube to destroy it and go through the new opening, you can find some turrets rehearsing a song.
