How do I hit the monitor in chamber 4?

I don't see a portal surface that can hit it

You need to grab the turret, bring it around and place it in front of the monitor. As soon as you put it down, it will open fire and break the monitor!

Basically, you have to sneak behind the turret that's off to the side, grab and place it standing and facing the monitor in question. The turret will open fire on its own, breaking the monitor.
