The first RPG I've bought for my PSP, and already, it's my favorite.

I was a little iffy at first when first purchasing this game. In fact, when I started playing it, I wasn't fascinated much about it. To me, Pietro ran around at such a high speed, it was almost dizzying. I had wishes that it would somehow become a fun game.

...and my wishes came true. I got used its minor flaws (including the load times), and by this time (erm, about 10-15 minutes into the game), the story began to pick up. In fact, the game ONLY gets better and better as you progress. Yes, it's a little childish, and the story is a little cheesy (yep, kids saving the @#%$!^% world again), but as the characters mature you begin to grow feelings towards them. I suppose the games little anime cutscenes (especially the cutscenes in the final chapter of the game) are the main cause of this. Some of them are actually semi-emotionally...intense? :P You'll get to see the relationship between Pietro and Narcia grow throughout the game. xP So it's not ALL childish.

The battle system is probably the best I've seen in an RPG. In fact, it spoiled me. xD I finished this game right after getting "Legend Of Heroes." I must admit right now, that this battle system absolutely BLOWS AWAY the system of LoH. o_O Erm, opinion based. You may not feel the same.

Alright, there's one thing that I find upsetting about this game, and that's the fact that it ends so darn quickly. ;o What happened to 30+ hours of gameplay? I'm no math genius, but I know that 22 hours and 27 minutes ISN'T over 30. xD Or am I mistaken? I don't think so. Perhaps I used the 'Guardian' ability too often (ability to avoid monster encounters).

Despite that they lie (just kidding), it's a VERY fun game. I think any fan of RPGs would enjoy this game.
