Essentially, this is just additional levels for the original Pop Island--but you don't need the original to play.

This game looks, plays, sounds and feels exactly like it's predecessor. It sort of functions as something of an expansion pack--new levels, new characters, same gameplay--but is playable on its own w/o buying the first. It's a wonderful, colorful capture the flag game w/ tight, simple controls that gets quite hectic on the tougher difficulty settings while still feeling easy and fun. It's a real blast to play and as a bonus you can play w/ up to eight people w/ only one copy (though it unfortunately lacks an online mode). If you already have Pop Island and love it, go ahead and pick this up. It's cool to try the new characters. Honestly though, the best thing about this is you can get essentially the same game as Pop Island for only two dollars. If you haven't checked out the original yet, go ahead and skip to this one. It'll save you the cost of a fries and a soda.
