where it all started...the mother of all video-games!
pong was created by atari,& the creator of atari is a man called nolan bushnell,the godfather of video games.we must pray to him everytime we want to play something,wheter it's on xbox360 or nes.if he would never existed,maybe the video-games would have been created later & nowadays we would have been in the full glory of the 16 bit era or 32 bit...it would have been perfect for me:)
actually,this game has a prototype that dates al the way back from 1952 called tennis for two!it was played on an oscilloscope.it had no begining & no end you just pick up the very,very primitive joystick & hit it...this thing hadn't the status of a video game,so pong is actually the first video game...
pong has no music,almost no graphics & almost no gameplay!then what's this?it's an embrion,the big-bang from which the video-games were created!

this pong console that i have has 4 games-tennis,2 versions of footbal & wall tennis.at the first 3,the goal is to score 15 points to win.at wall tennis it's vice-versa, if you have 15 on the screen it's game-over.wall tennis is 1 player mode
the sound,no better say the blips are coming from the console,not from the tv!
it's powered by an ac adaptor or by big batteries & it's not big,it's quite small.
it has no joysticks but it has 2 padlles incorporated in the console.
jesus christ,the video games are only 30-40 years old,i'm just shocked!
