They wouldn't include "NEW" in a Japanese magazine like Corocoro.

It was originally posted on deviantArt by a guy famous for making Fakemon.
Nobody else was talking about the image at the time. The letters leak into the screenshot, both of the "screenshots" shown are exact areas from the trailer in the exact same spots and I'm pretty sure there's a contrast in quality between the Pokemon and the rest of the shot. 0/10 would not believe.
