Eh.... I can see where you are coming from... alot of teachers are underpaid... but it's not because schools are underfunded... it's because most of the money is mispent because the schools really have a monopoly on schooling.... which means they spend less on the actually good teachers and more on the ones that do nothing and expect to be compensated more for it...... they also spend way too much on administrators....
