The Pokemon games were the big boom around 2000, and are still hot today. The first games were released on the gameboy, and I know for a fact they were enjoyed by many. Pokemon Stadium tried to bring those games to the N64 and buff the graphics a little while still keeping the original style intact. The graphics are improved and the fighting is exactly the same, but there isn't much to do. The game is fun for a while because the moves that on the gameboy were just performed by a little slide of your Pokemon now actuall look as if the move was really being performed, similar to those on the show. However sometimes the animations get old, and you wish the game could just get on with it. Buying a gameboy game connector for the back of your N64 controller can revamp the game a little becuase you can use the Pokemon you raised during your gameboy adventure. Overall the graphics are entertaining, the sound isn't to impressive (the same boring song plays over and over), and the gameplay is good for a while, but can get really old. Fun game though, good for Pokemon fans. Enjoy.
