Best way to get BP?

I'm looking for what's basically the quickest and easiest mode to get a lot of BP in.

I understand that no matter what, it's all going to be fairly slow...I just don't know half a damn thing about Battle Frontier, and I'd like a little guidance.

Battle Tower: Win 21 battles, then lose the next. Repeat.
Trainer House: If you connect your Pokéwalker to 10 people with weak teams, you'll easily get 10 BP a day (plus one point from beating the default Cal).

As long as your team is capable of beating Palmer at the 21st consecutive battle, you should do that. You get 20bp for beating him every time.

I find the Battle Arcade is way easier to win 21 battles on, especially if you use something with Guts, to abuse inflicting status on your own guys if you wish. This is good because to do well in the Battle Tower kind of needs a decent team, but in Arcade, I've gotten 21+ streaks with almost zero effort, thanks to a Raticate...who can even sweep Dahlia, given she leads with Dusknoir. She sets up Trick Room to let me outspeed her Medicham, then burns me so that facade 1HKO's...

Most likely a noob question, but every time I go to the Battle Tower it automatically ends at 7 matches, leaving me with only 3 BP. What should I be doing differently?

you just go back in... a round only has 7 matches in it, but it still clocks up, so next time you go in the opponents will be tougher etc. Then at battle 21 you fight the brain

Well each streak is 7 matches, so 21 matches is 3 of these streaks. If you win two streaks you should see palmer on your third, so if you're not something weird is up.

Would retiring have the same effect as intentionally losing the 22nd battle (20 BP)?
