One of the best Pokemon games that I ever played.
Gameplay (9/10): The gameplay is superb, you start off with going to Professor Elm's Lab and choose one of 3 Pokemon which are Chikorita, Cyndaquill, or Totodile. Once you pick one, you start off to a Pokemon adventure by meeting new Pokemon, new people, new enemies, new towns, new places, and most importantly raising your Pokemon by battling a lot.
Sound (7.5/10): The sounds are really good and fit the game very well, although there is not much to say about the sounds.
Graphics (9/10): The graphics are colorful and just very well designed, the Pokemon and the characters look well designed and so is almost everything in the game.
Extras (9.5/10): There are a lot of things to do once you are done with the game, like going back to places that you should know that have a "Legendary Pokemon", there is another thing that you do in game that should bring back memories if you played any previous Pokemon game for Game Boy/Color, but I don't want to spoil it for you until you actually played the game.
Overall (9/10): This game is superb and I would recommend this game to any Pokemon fan out there especially ones that still have a GB Color or GBA handheld game system because without neither of these, you cannot play the game but it is worth playing and it could get addictive.
