Pokemon Silver(and Gold) are the cream of the pokemon crop, and a true succesor to Pokeomon Red and Blue

I cant remember the name of the regions, but this game is almost twice as long as the original Pokemons. After beating the new region, you go off to Ash's world, and to top it all off, the true boss of the game is "trainer" who i suppose is Ash himself. Its a great fight becuase Ash has very high level pokemon. You can already guess 4 members of his team, Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, Venausaur....

Anyway the game is a lot more advanced and balanced than its predecessors. Psychic Pokemon were too strong in R,B,and Yellow, but the new Steel and Shadow type pokeomon can handle them. Of course there's a lot of new pokemon for you to capture and fight.

There arent a whole lot of diffrences between Silver and Gold. So only pick both up if you're determined to own all pokemon. These poke games are excellent but as i stated before, i feel Gold and Silver are the cream of the Crop.
