How can i make them obey me :( ?

Outsider (Traded Pokemon) Obedience:

for outsiders to obey you, the level of your pokemon compared to the level of the outsider doesn't matter, what matters is what badge you have.

no badge: outsiders up to level 10 will obey.

Second Badge (Knuckle/Cascade/Forrest Badge): outsiders up to level 30 will obey.

Fourth Badge (Heat/Rainbow/Fen Badge): outsiders up to level 50 will obey.

Sixth Badge (Feather/Marsh/Mine Badge): outsiders up to level 70 will obey.

Eighth Badge (Rain/Earth/Beacon Badge): all outsiders will obey

Note that pokemon with your trainer info will always obey you, regardless of levelexcept for Mew and Deoxys if you use certain methods of cheating to get them, in which case, they will never obey you.

By having more badges. If the traded pokemon is over Level 70, you'll need all 8 badges.
