This is truly a masterpeice. How can you play this game and not enjoy it? Even today in 2004 it is still so much fun to play. It is so addicting catching tons of diffrent monsters and leveling them up making them stronger and battling them with pokemon trainers and gym leaders. After a while some evolve and become even cooler. When you level them up they can evolve into their next evolutionary stage and they become stronger. Also while leveling up your pokemon can learn new abilities. Most pokemon start with simple moves like tackle and scratch but if you keep battling them and training them they learn much more powerful moves. At first Bulbasaur only knows tackle but soon he learns vine wipe and leech seed and thenwhen he evoles into ivysaur and venasaur he learns devastating moves like solar beam. There are over 150 unique pokemon. Most you can catch while walking in tall grass but some recquire you to fish for them and some are even one of a kind like Articuno and Mewto. If you have a gameboy you dont want to miss this game. Get it now!!!
