Pokemon Platinum Version Question

Will the items be gone?

If I give an item to a pokemon and level it up to make it evolve (ex.Gligar+razor fang & level up at night = Gliscor)
Will the items be gone after it evolves?
becuz i think razor fang is very useful but i want to have a Gliscor since it have a weird type combination of flying and ground

Yes. All Pokemon that need items for evolution will make you lose the item for it. This includes:
-Elemental Stone Use (Moon Stone, Sun Stone, Leaf Stone, Fire Stone, Water Stone, Thunderstone, Shiny Stone, Dusk Stone, Dawn Stone)
-Item Trade (Metal Coat, King's Rock, Deepseascale, Deepseatooth, Dragon Scale, Upgrade, Dubious Disc, Electrizer, Magmarizer, Protector, Reaper Cloth)
-Item Level Up (Oval Stone, Razor Claw, Razor Fang)

Plus, as tiomasta said, King's Rock and Razor Fang have identical effects, but again, both will be used up in Pokemon Evolution (King's Rock for Politoed and Slowking, Razor Fang at Night for Gliscor).

    Yes, items that you make the poke hold to evolve it by trading or leveling it up at a certain time, are lost upon evolution.
    So that Gligar would lose Razor Fang after evolving.

    King's Rock also has the same in-battle effect.
