who do I use the master ball to?

I don't know witch Pokemon to throw a master ball

ARCEUS!! he is the hardest legend to catch so use it on him. or just clone your masterball. DON't use your masterball on the birds or cresselia/mesprit.

    whell it's made for mesiprit but I would use it on regigigas or on arcus.

    Use it on Mesprit, Cresselia or one of the birds.
