Pokemon Platinum Version Question

Where is the gate house? i need an exp share badly.

I need an exp share so i can lvl my pokemon quicker. i need to know where to go and what to do.

Go to Eterna City and take the lower exit (the one close to the gym). Inside, there's Prof. Rowan's aide. He'll ask how many Pokemon have you seen (I think he asks for 30). If you did, he'll give it to you.
