Pokemon Platinum Version Question

What do i do after i free the 3 legendary pokemon from team galactic?

I went through both of their buildings, and apparently im suppose to go back to where the guy was that said i cant go farther because there is blackout in the next city. i dont remember where that guy was

I went to the mountain but its just a cave. how do i get to the actual mountain peak?

Go in the entrance by hearthome/oreburgh city, and follow it up.
