Pokemon Platinum Version Question

Distorted world?

So im in the distorted world, and i have to do that puzzle with moving the boulders...and i cant figure it out
help?

    In order to complete the puzzle, you must first push the boulder down an empty ditch. The boulder will fall onto another level of ground beneath you. All you have to do is jump onto a slab of rock with a switch in the middle and several ledges you can jump over. Once you are on the bottom level, look for the rock that you pushed and push the rock into the ditch with a Lake Gaurdian (Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf) floating above it.
    After this you will battle Cyrus. Afterwards you will battle Giratina who has an extremely low catching rate. Get him to the lowest possible health without making him faint and try to catch it with a dusk ball. Try to save the Master ball for one of the Kanto Legendaries or Cresselia.
