At victory road, i need help?

In victory road with fog is have many trainer. I have plan to explor it for get item. What item in there?

Also to search male lapras. I can get it. I have female lapras in party team. I have plan to breed for get perfect team in all stat.

Well, in the fog area, the most important item there is probably the Leftovers. You have to surf across water to get it.
