Action Replay Codes?

I have D/P codes that give you all Shiny Pokemon, regardless if you have to catch them or not.
I have not found a code for Platinum that turns ALL of your pokemon shiny and wild pokemon as well. Instead I have found a code that gives you wild, legendary, and egg pokemon shiny.

What is the code for Pokemon Platinum that makes ALL of your Pokemon shiny, including wild Pokemon?

I don't believe there is a code for that yet. In D/P, it's the Short version of Shiny Pokemon code.
Besides, that's only temporary.

MMMmm a hacker for D/P.. Well there is a few rare pokemon i a missing.. Would you care to give them to me if i gave you a list of them??

I don't believe there is a code like that one just yet. And as rayquazamaster pointed out, most of them are merely temporary.
But, if you would like to try your luck, Google up "Kodewerx Forums"... They have more codes for Platinum than you can shake a stick at. ;)

Please, we hackers already made the code. Most of the others within the hacking community tend to not release just 1 code. We finish development on several codes and then release them all at once. The shiny code was my department. If you want it then send me instant message via one of the messengers in my profile or email me.

The only shiny code for D/P is temporary but just in case I suggest Youtube
