Catch a cool, colorful Pokemon experience and have a ball.

User Rating: 8.5 | Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire GBA
Pokemon pop out of the woodwork in the Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire-themed GBA update of Pokemon Pinball -- and you can catch them all with your rolling Poke Ball. The game's two tables (one Ruby, one Sapphire) are loaded with bumpers, switches and targets that trigger game modes and open bonus fields.

In Catch 'Em mode, you can release Pokemon onto the center of the table, then capture them by directing the Poke Ball in their direction. Travel mode lets you switch to a different environment for a chance to find and collect other types of indigenous Pokemon. Egg mode allows you to hatch the creatures, which you'll evolve in Evo mode.

Every Pokemon that you find on the two tables appears in the game's built-in Pokedex. By linking your game with a friend's game via a Game Boy Advance Game Link cable, you can share Pokedex entries.

The graphics, music and Pikachu and Pichu voice samples are pure Pokemon -- packed with cheerful exuberance. Although having only tables may seem limiting, each one has enough depth to keep you entertained. You'll play for a long time before you unlock all of the secrets and fill your Pokedex.
