I will explain the advantages and disadvantages of this game... This was released in 2000 gold and silver and then crystal... The original was fun, creative and long.... This sequal is basically the same thing but on the ds with some extra features... I will break it down for u now...

Advantages:

-Same as Gold and Silver
-Good use of ds touchpad
-decent minigames
-16 gym leaders(alot of replay value) plus elite four
-2nd season pokemon (johto) almost as good as kanto
-Easy to pick up and play
-Good day night system
-Plenty of legendary pokemon

Disadvantages:

-Same as gold and silver if u have played gold and silver its almost the same
-weak online system (friend codes)
-Repetitve gameplay-
-Graphics are in 2d
-weak dialogue
-will make some people mad cause its the same thing Again


Game is worth a play maybe a buy almost similiar to gbc game

  Pokemon Heartgold is a fantastic update of the 2000 handheld classic, and is in some cases better.
