Serebii say i can find her at route 25 but i didn't see her.Please give her detail location.

Go gym first and go route 25. You no found misty. You must back to gym. You will see team rocket. And you must find that. After battle you can find misty in route 25

First go power plan go back gym, find team rocket and find machine part and go lavender town. Go gym leader go route 25 and you find misty.

But you was complete power plant side quest? Go lavender town to talk what radio was no have power. But go to power plant and have missing machine part. And go misty gym. Is will see team rockeat and go away to route 24. You will battle. And go route 25 you will see misty if no found you can find missing part in misty gym. Well go to power plant you will turn on radio.
