But when you do need heart scales, just get one an clone it, much easier, trust me.
Oh, I found who I was looking for, it's DeepVVendetta, I thought that was a W not two V's.
How did they bet set back to a New User 3? they were at new user 3 almost four months ago, and I was still a New User 1. They should at least be a regular, or maybe a vet...

Ans.: No.
Filling the Hoenn 'dex (1-200 Hoenn, nothing else is necessary) only lets you pick one Johto starter. Getting all the symbols (for silver and for gold) relate to receiving certain berries.
