While FireWOLF is right that you can beat the game with just one extremely powerful pokemon, awesomeknight is right that it is a good idea to balance out your team. If you train all pokemon equally then you have the advantage in fights where your main pokemon is resisted by the opponents pokemon. Keep in mind that it will be a lot easier, and less boring, to train a whole team of pokemon from level 30 to level 60(at which point you will have a good chance against the E4) then it is to train 2 pokemon(and you will most likely need 2 unless you train 1 to level 100) to level 80-90, the level at which you will need most pokemon to be at in order to easily sweep the E4 with just 1-2.
What you should do is continue to train your pokemon as you go through the game, and when HMs that are useful in battles(such as Waterfall on Floatzel) become available then teach them to you pokemon. Other than that, you should be able to get a powerful team simply by teaching them level up moves. All of your pokemon, with the exception of maybe Stunky/Skuntank, are powerful pokemon. If possible you should try to evolve Haunter in to Ghengar, because Ghengar is possibly the best non-legendary(and maybe even including legendaries) ghost type pokemon in the game.
Best of luck with the rest of the game, and post something else if you want help with current/final movesets.

All you have to do is level up your staravia and grotle and you are most likely able to plow through battles like they were nothing (and i mean level them up so that they can evolve)

FireWOLF : Not good advice. The team needs to be balanced at levels, which Conniebon has done fairly well at. Just train because your team is actually pretty good at the time, although in the future some of them will be replaced by legendaries catchable before the Elite 4 such as Dialga, Mespirit (You may want to either use Master Ball or give up on catching, it is not your "regular" pokemon battle), Uxie, and Azelf. Congrats on the good team, and keep training!

FireWOLF is correct. One strong pokemon can beat the in-game easily. Staraptor, Torterra, Floatzel and Gengar each can blaze through the game with no problems, training the whole team is a waste of time.
