Ginchiyo's perfect link gone?

Well i evolved Ginchiyo's luxio to a luxray but now her perfect link went to 98% if i evolve ginchiyo in the post game will the link go up? or is it stuck at 98%

Yes it will go back up to 100% if you evolve ginchiyo
