Currently trying to get a shiny sinjoh dialga , enigma latios and kyuremu . Sr'd 91 times for dialga , battled enigma latios 1800+ times, sr 40 times 4 kyuremu

It means just that: have 6 members in your party and all of your PC boxes full.

I'm not sure if it's possible to unlock 24 boxes before reaching Reshiram/Zekrom the first time, though, so I don't know if it requires 16 or 24.

But Kaphotics, isn't there someone on 2ch who posted a battle screenshot with Zekrom? That's impossible if there really is a shiny check, is it not? You once said that trying to force a shiny Victini battle just froze the game since the battle could never start. So how the heck did that person even initiate a battle with shiny Zekrom?

a couple of things could be done:

1) wild pokemon modifier code and just encounter it in the building/another place where wild pokemon are, and then haxxing the met data to match a legit one.
2) PID modding it

It's a little odd this guide has a level 14 at the lead, but it could well be a synchronizer.

Oh, wild Pokemon modifier, that makes sense. Well, I guess the only way to try to prove the legitimacy of a shiny Reshi/Zek at this point is to record a live encounter video that shows the real cartridge with no AR...
