Probably, the only reason to keep your physical copy is if you arent sure if you'll keep plus, or your low on space I suppose.

Depending on how long your subscription is and if you decide to renew it. Would you possibly have any desire to return to the aforementioned games months or years from now?
Considering how the quality for Vita PS+ has drastically diminished, I recommend you keep them.

The games available at launch for Vita PS+ were fantastic, since then they've systematically gotten worse. The most recent game free Vita game available for PS+ is Foosball...

I wasn't expecting $40 every week honestly. A couple additional PSP or PS1 Classics would be nice or maybe some of the more obscure Vita games. There is no reason for Foosball though. :-(

I would keep my physical copies. Mainly because if you decide to cancel plus, then your free plus games are no longer available until you renew it.
Also, $13 is kinda low. I would keep it just so you know that you will always have it in your collection. It's not worth letting go for that price, in my opinion.

For Uncharted you could sell it for 19-23$ if you sell it your self or on Amazon instead of to Gamestop/EB. For MGS3D if you like playing it better on PS3 or Vita then I guess sell it.

I'm still on the fence between buying 3 months of PSN+ or a physical copy of Gravity Rush considering it's the only game I'm particularly interested in, so your best bet is to keep it if you like it and see yourself playing it in the future. If you cancel your subscription during two months with no games you're interested in, you've already saved the same amount of money pretty much.
