Got this game today, but I can't access the Disc Benefits because PSN is down?

I just want to confirm if that's the reason I can't access the Disc Benefits. I'm trying to download the Vita version for my Vita but it stays on the "Please wait..." screen.

really your best option atm is just wait for PSN to go back up. you have to access the store to download the Vita version anyway so it's pointless trying it now
