Vita/ps3?

How do you transfer character lvls and unlocks from the ps3 version to the vita version?

Do this on both your Vita and PS3. Go into the Leaderboards under "Tournament" and hit R1 to go to the Friend's board. The Vita should say "connecting to PlayStation Network" which will sync your data. The PS3 will just lag for a bit and everything should port over.
