Online pass issues?

I have 2 ps3 i redownload the pass onto my 2nd ps3, install but it wont work on the second ps3 and i cant find it to buy.

Ive had trouble with going online and the game changing my chacter out of no where like ill be kratos on min and the jak the next and then i cant figure out the blet system ether idk if this helps figure i let people know

So...you have the physical copy with the downloaded pass on both systems is that right? is the account with the pass on both ps3s? is the account activated on both?
