How do you get RP?

Place, Kill, Streak, and Patience RP namely. I've gotten some of them randomly and just want to know what the situation or circumstances causes you to get them.

1st Place Bonus - Awarded for finishing a match in first place (400 RP)

2nd Place Bonus - Awarded for finishing a match in second place (250 RP)

Win Streak Bonus - Bonus begins after two 1st place wins in a row and increase in value as the streak continues (500 /750 /900 RP)

Second Place Streak Bonus - Bonus begins after two 2nd place wins in a row and increase in value as the streak continues (250/250/550 RP)

Kill Bonus - Variable bonus based on the number of kills earned during a match. (50~1000 RP)

Patience Bonus - Bonus earned by waiting for the online matchmaking system to place you into a match. Increases based on time. (15~450 RP)
